This 4-week basic program will offer its participants some of the key psychological and contemplative skills that provide a greater sense of meaning, increased control over emotional states, better communication, and a greater commitment to prosocial action. The essence of the program is the cultivation of inner balance—a genuine inner equilibrium that allows for true psychological flourishing.
Each class includes guided meditations, explanations, and points for reflections to help us become more familiar with our emotional landscape.

Full 42 Hour CEB Course

This in-depth course will consist of twelve 4-hour long sessions (each with a 30 minute break). Every session includes some theoretical explanations, interactive group activities, self-reflection exercises and periods of meditation practice.
Learning to understand the modulations and logic of our fundamental emotional states, we will use a number of psychological and contemplative skills to establish greater levels of inner stability.
The full 42-hour CEB program takes its participants through a deep exploration of their habits pertaining to all the major emotional groups: anger, fear, disgust, joy, sadness, surprise and shame.
In addition, it includes a comprehensive overview of the three main forms of meditation practice: developing attentional stability, cultivating virtues of the heart and looking deeply into the nature of our experiences.
